Join Brite Legal as a Full-Time Legal Admin Assistant / Receptionist

Are you an organised, friendly, and detail-oriented person looking for a career in the legal industry? Brite Legal is on the lookout for a Full-Time Legal Admin Assistant / Receptionist to join our growing team in Mount Gambier!

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our firm, you'll play a crucial role in delivering a welcoming experience for clients while supporting our legal team with key administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients with professionalism and warmth

  • Scheduling appointments and managing correspondence

  • Preparing and organising legal documents

  • Assisting with court filings and general legal administration

  • Maintaining confidential records and supporting solicitors with case-related tasks

Who We're Looking For:

  • Prior administration or reception experience is highly regarded but not essential

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • A positive and proactive approach to work

Location: 39 Bay Road, Mount Gambier, SA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay & Award:

This role falls under the Legal Services Award 2020, with pay rates commensurate with experience:

Level 1: $26.50 per hour - Level 5: $32.00 per hour
