Something to please note.

Our DIY Estate Planning Essentials Packages are pretty great, although they aren't suitable for everyone. If any of the following apply to you, then we recommend that you seek legal advice and have a bespoke estate plan prepared. If this is you, you can book a no obligation strategy call with our staff to determine whether you require a more bespoke plan for a fixed fee.

  • If you have net assets that exceed $500,000 (including superannuation and or life insurance policies).

  • If you operate a business - including as a sole trader, partnership, trust structure, company structure, or have an interest in a SMSF

  • If you intend to leave someone out of your will because you are estranged from them

  • If you have a blended family

  • If someone you intend to name in your will is not an Australian Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident, or their immediate family including a spouse meets this criteria.

Your submission of your Questionnaire implies that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

Complete each Questionnaire below at your own pace.

  • Will Questionnaire.

A will, also called a "last will and testament," is a legal paper where someone writes down who should get their things and who should look after their young children when they die. This makes sure their stuff is given out the way they want, instead of just following basic legal rules.

  • Enduring Power of Attorney Questionnaire.

An enduring power of attorney is a legal paper where one person (known as the 'donor') chooses someone else (the 'attorney') to make decisions for them. This is especially useful if the donor gets too sick or hurt to make their own decisions. This document can let the attorney handle things like the donor's money, property, and personal health choices.

  • Advance Care Planning Questionnaire.

Advance care planning is a way for people to decide on their future medical care for times when they might be too sick or unable to share what they want. This involves thinking about, talking over, and writing down their choices for medical treatments they would or wouldn't like. Often, this includes filling out legal papers to make sure their wishes are known and followed.

  • Questions? Need Legal Advice? Schedule a Consultation
